Custom Design - Stand out from the crowd; for about the same price as a site built from a template, you get your own unique Web site design.

Dynamic Content - Home page content automatically rotates several different featured promos. For example, you can have "What's New" and "In the News" promo areas on the home page and have several different articles rotate in each of these areas. These dynamic content areas can be named whatever you want and you can have as many as you like. Dynamic content makes your site more interesting, encourages repeat visits, and gets the search engines to come back more often to catalog your site.

Database-driven - We've created a complete and customizable database-integrated solution. Our database-driven solution is scalable for use by firms with one location and less than ten attorneys to firms with multiple locations and hundreds of attorneys. All database updates will be reflected immediately on your Web site in order for the site to be constantly up-to-date. Our database-driven solution contains the following features:

  • Content Management System (CMS) - Allows you to update your Web site content whenever you need to. Changes are immediate so that if for example you need to remove an attorney from the site, they will be removed throughout the entire site immediately. The CMS includes the following modules:
    1. Attorney Manager - Allows you to add, update, and delete attorneys easily and update practice areas, office locations, and legal secretaries for each attorney.
    2. Practice Area Manager - Create or remove practice areas simply and quickly.
    3. Client Manager - Easily add and remove clients and categorize them in the appropriate practice area or areas.
    4. Article Manager - Add and remove articles and have them instantly linked to from attorney biographies.
    5. Secretary Manager - Quickly add, edit, and remove legal secretaries and assign them to attorneys.
    6. Location Manager - Manage address and contact information for multiple office locations.
  • Find an Attorney - Allows site visitors to search for an attorney by practice area, office location, and name.
  • Attorney Contact System - A form-based attorney contact system is accessed through each individual attorney profile page. The information provided by the site visitor will be e-mailed to each individual attorney. This solution has many advantages over the typical site, which displays attorneys' e-mail addresses on their profile pages:
    1. It tracks inquiries by attorney and allows you to produce reports showing how many inquiries an attorney has received for a given time period.
    2. The e-mail the attorney receives will contain the referring Web site address when available, so you can track where your leads are coming from and evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing efforts more easily.
    3. When clients contact an attorney, they will automatically be e-mailed an immediate response from the attorney they are contacting which can be customized by each attorney.
    4. Many e-mail spammers crawl the Internet looking for e-mail addresses. When they find one on a Web page, they add it to their database. Then they use this database to send you junk e-mail (spam) and sell these databases to other spammers. By not displaying e-mail addresses on attorney profile pages, you will receive much less spam e-mail.
