• Consultation - We offer all prospective customers a FREE initial consultation where we will learn about your needs and goals, conduct a brainstorming session with you and come up with creative ideas for making your Web site a success.
• Proposal - We provide you with a detailed written proposal that explains all aspects of the design and construction of your new Web site.
• Contract - A comprehensive contract is agreed upon before any work begins to ensure there are no surprises down the road.
• Project Management - You will be assigned to one of our experienced project managers who will be your single point of contact with us.
• Design - We have a team of very experienced and talented graphic designers who start by designing the new site's home page. We design our sites with the firms clients and potential clients in mind making it user friendly and easy to navigate. You will have access via the Internet to a private design area so you can provide immediate and constant feedback on the design as it progresses. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal, so we keep you involved with every step of the design process. Also, during this phase our programmers will customize our database-driven solution per your firm's unique requirements.
• Construction - During the design phase, we work with you to develop all of the textual and database-driven content of the site. Once you have chosen a final design for the home page we build the rest of the site and keep communication lines open so that each section of the site turns out exactly the way you want. During the construction phase we will build hidden code into the home page of the site to optimize the placement of the new site in search engines.
• Testing - Once the site has been constructed, we thoroughly test every aspect of the site to ensure there are no mistakes and that everything functions properly.
• Site Launch - After all testing is complete and you are completely satisfied with the new site, we will launch the new site so that it is live on the Internet. We will then submit the new site to selected search engines for cataloging. We will write a joint press release with you and send it to appropriate news outlets.
• Marketing - In order to drive more traffic to your company's Web site, you may want to consider investing in one of our comprehensive marketing plans.
• Maintenance - We are always available when changes are needed. Most minor updates to the site can be completed by the next day, and many times the same day we receive them from you. Because our sites are database-driven, we can easily add new attorneys, remove attorneys that are no longer with the firm, and add and remove practice areas.
